Troy J. Taylor, 53, of Brunswick, passed away Friday, July 3, 2015 at Hospice of the Golden Isles. Troy graduated from Glynn Academy and was a member of Pine Haven Baptist Church. He enjoyed his work driving the school bus for Glynn County. Troy also drove the bus for the St. Mark's Towers. He loved meeting people and made new friends easily. He was a life-long bachelor who loved the farm life. Troy is preceded in death by his father, Chester L. Taylor, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Joyce Taylor; sister, Lorrie Lewis (Dennis); brother, Chester L. Taylor, Jr. (Susan) of Pine Knot, KY; and several nephews. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 6, 2015 in the chapel of the Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home with Pastor Chuck Morgan officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Anton Taylor, Brice Lewis, Colby Lewis, Jerry Wise, Mitch Strickland, and Drew Radenhausen.
