William 'Bill" Draughon, 66, of Saint Simons Island died Sunday at his residence. He came to Glynn County in 1976 from Atlanta. He was the owner of the Art Department, Inc, an advertising and sales promotion firm where he was a commercial artist. He is survived by his wife, Betsy A. Draughon of St Simons; a daughter, Mallory (Steve) Perry of Newnan, Ga; a son, Robb (Leigh Anne) Draughon of Dunwoody Ga; 1 brother and 2 sisters, 3 grand daughters, and several nieces and nephews.
