Yvonne R. Waldron, 76, of Screven passed away Monday, June 26, 2006 in Savannah at St. Joseph's-Chandler Hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Screven and was a homemaker. She attended Screven United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Donald E. Waldron of Screven; two sons, John D. Waldron of Brunswick and Barry A. Waldron of Norfolk, VA; two sisters, Nell Phebus of Rockville, MD and Gene Harrell of Brunswick; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society at 1-800-227-2345 or at www.cancer.org . The Golden Isles Cremation Society was in charge of all arrangements.
